We build broad, bipartisan coalitions to stop election interference and defend every eligible American’s right to vote.
We challenge unlawful attempts to suppress or intimidate voters, protect election officials from threats, and counter disinformation designed to undermine public confidence in our elections.
We represent organizations on the front lines of protecting voting rights, including the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) and the League of Women Voters. At the federal level, we challenged a White House executive order designed to suppress voter turnout.
When elections come under attack, we act. In North Carolina, we helped defeat a campaign to overturn the results of a state Supreme Court race. In Wisconsin, we challenged Elon Musk’s unlawful attempts to influence voters’ choices. We work alongside secretaries of state and attorneys general to prevent unlawful interference in election administration, and we advocate for policies that expand access to the ballot while opposing policies and other efforts to erect barriers to voting.
